2. The Formula: Designed for businesses that require foundational, yet powerful, digital solutions. This tier focuses on establishing a strong presence and generating initial, consistent results.

3. The Equation: Our mid-level package for businesses ready to scale their efforts. This tier focuses on advanced, integrated strategies for accelerated growth, competitive advantage, and increased ROI.

4. The Algorithm: Our top-tier, bespoke solution for market leaders. This is a fully integrated, enterprise-level partnership where we function as your outsourced digital growth engine.


B. Custom Packages: Tailored for Your Unique Needs

Beyond our standard tiered packages, we understand that some businesses have highly specialized or complex requirements that don’t fit a pre-defined model. For these clients, we offer custom solutions meticulously crafted to align with their unique goals, challenges, and budget. These bespoke packages are developed in partnership with you following our initial consultation to ensure every component of the strategy is perfectly tailored for your success.


C. How Your Pricing Is Determined

Our final quoted price is a result of a collaborative process that begins with your free consultation. The factors that influence your specific quote include:

  1. Our Zero Upfront Costs Policy: We believe in removing barriers to your success. For all our paid tiers (The Formula, The Equation, and The Algorithm), we offer zero upfront costs, meaning you won’t pay any setup fees, onboarding charges, or initial retainers to get started.
  2. The Package Tier: Your chosen service package and the specific services within that tier determine the starting point of the pricing.
  3. Scope of Work: The overall scale of your project. This includes factors such as the number of social media handles managed, the size of the website involved, the volume of content required, or the number of ad campaigns running.
  4. Team & Resource Allocation: Your project will be assigned a team of specialists whose time and expertise are dedicated to your success. Pricing reflects the level of seniority and hours allocated to your account.
  5. Customization & Complexity: If your needs go beyond the standard deliverables of a package (e.g., custom API integrations, multi-language support, specialized creative assets), these bespoke requirements will be factored into the final quote.
  6. Contract Length: Our pricing reflects the value of long-term partnerships. Longer-term agreements are typically more cost-effective due to the efficiency and synergy built over time.

D. Standard Payment Terms

  1. Invoicing: All retainers are invoiced monthly, on the first day of each service period.
  2. Payment Due Date: All invoices are due Net 30 from the date of issue.
  3. Payment Methods: We accept bank transfers.
  4. Ad Spend: For any paid advertising services (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Ads), the ad spend is a separate expense from our management fee. This will be charged directly to your credit card by the ad platform itself. We do not handle your advertising budget directly if otherwise discussed beforehand.

E. Our Service Platform Scope

To ensure a high level of expertise and quality, we specialize in a select number of platforms. In the context of social media, our packages are focused on and limited to Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Pinterest, and X. We do not currently offer management or advertising services on other social platforms. If you require your business to be managed on any other social media handle, then we can discuss that also.


F. Our Policy on Project Scope

In alignment with our core values, we have a clear policy regarding the types of projects we undertake. To maintain our focus on professional, measurable, and ethical digital marketing practices, The Integrals does not accept projects related to religious or political organizations, campaigns, or content. This policy ensures that we can dedicate our expertise to the commercial and professional growth of our clients.
