We operate on a no-upfront costs model, so you only pay for the services delivered each month. If you are not satisfied with the quality of our work for a given month, you may be eligible for a refund.

  2. Details: Please provide details in your email, clearly stating the reason for your dissatisfaction and providing specific examples of the service or deliverable in question.
  3. Review and Resolution: We will review your request and the work delivered for the period. We are committed to a fair and timely resolution, which may include a full or partial refund.

Aa. What is Not Eligible for a Service Refund?

  1. Work already delivered and accepted in previous months.
  2. Third-party costs, such as advertising spend on platforms like Google or Meta.
  3. Work already performed in the event of contract termination.

B. Refunds for Digital Products

Given the nature of digital goods (pre-made websites, software, courses, e-books, etc.), we offer refunds under specific conditions.

  1. Refund Window: You can request a refund within 3 days of your purchase.

  2. Eligible Conditions: A refund will be granted if the product is found to be:

  • Defective: The product is technically flawed and does not function as described.
  • Not as Described: The product’s features or content significantly deviate from the description provided on our website.
  • Inaccessible: You are unable to access the product due to a technical issue on our end.

Ba. Conditions for a Refund for a Digital Product:

To be eligible for a refund, you will be required to provide a signed written undertaking confirming that you have deleted all copies of the product, have not distributed it to others, and will not do so in the future. We reserve the right to pursue legal action if the copyrighted material is found to be distributed.

Bb. What is Not Eligible for a Product Refund?

  1. Change of Mind: We do not offer refunds for a change of mind after the product has been downloaded or accessed.
  2. Obvious Signs of Use: If a downloadable product shows obvious signs of use (e.g., a website template has been deployed, a course has been completed), a partial refund may be granted at our discretion.
  3. Gift Cards & Sale Items: All sales on gift cards and items purchased at a discounted price are final and non-refundable.
